Before You Reserve

• Consultation appointments are confirmed after scheduling and payment are completed.
• The audio phone consultation and Google Meet video consultation are paid legal consultations with Attorney Leah Choi; a brief free preliminary inquiry is limited to basic scheduling, case-type, deadline, urgency, and intake questions.
• The consultation fee covers up to 60 minutes with Attorney Leah Choi.
• For Google Meet video consultations, the meeting link is sent by email after scheduling and payment are confirmed.
• Audio phone consultations are available on weekdays and weekends. Fullerton in-person consultations are available on weekdays and weekends; Irvine and LA Koreatown in-person consultations are available on weekdays.
• Online availability is controlled by the Square booking calendar, so not every office operating hour may appear as an available appointment time.
• For urgent court dates, filing deadlines, service issues, or questions about whether the office can accept a matter, call before booking if possible.
• Mail, court documents, checks, and original records should be sent to the Fullerton main office unless the office gives different written instructions.
